Payment via PayPal or e-Transfer

Please do not send any payments until I have accepted your commission. I will start the commission after FULL payment.

Sketch Icon - $20

Headshot sketch with simple shading. You will receive one PNG image with a coloured background and no watermark.
*A sketch is not sent for approval unless specifically requested

Headshot Icon - $35

Headshot with clean lineart and simple shading. You will recieve PNG files with no watermark; a solid background version and transparent version with no white outline.

Bust - $50

Shaded drawing from the mid-chest and up. More complex shading than a headshot icon and not a square canvas. You will receive PNG files of the simple background and transparent version with no watermarks.

Half Body - $80

Shaded drawing from the hips/mid-thighs and up. You will receive PNG files of the simple background and transparent version with no watermarks.

Fullybody - $100

Head-to-toe full body shaded drawing. You will receive the simple background and transparent version with no watermarks.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Information

1. You will be receiving digital PNG files of the commissioned artwork. Nothing will be physically printed and/or shipped to you.

2. Please be patient! Commissions can take anywhere between one week to three months. I will inform you of any potential delays. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know beforehand in your request submission.

3. Using my artwork for any generative AI datasets is strictly PROHIBITED. This includes for training purposes, as input in a single generation, and any other related purposes.

Payment & Refunds

4. I accept payment via PayPal or Deviantart Points ($1 = 100 Points), unless otherwise discussed. Local customers may pay via e-Transfer.

5. Please DO NOT send any payment(s) until your request has been accepted and confirmed by me.

6. NO REFUNDS UNLESS:
    a. The commission has not been started yet.
    b. It's been past 3 months and the commission is not completed
        (as in ready for the first review, not necessarily approved by you.)
    c. For circumstances in which I can no longer work on the commission.
    d. Other potential emergency reasons from either party.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Additional Costs

7. More complex designs, poses, extra objects, or unfamiliar objects may cost an additional fee. The final cost will always be communicated prior to accepting the commission, unless you request additions later in the process.

Sketch Approval & Changes

Regular Commissions:
I will send a sketch for approval and you may ask for up to 3 free changes. Once the commission is finished, I will only accept reasonable requests for minor changes (e.g. things I may have missed in the sketch or colour tweaks.) Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved will come with additional charges.

Icon Commissions:
I do not guarantee that a sketch will be sent for approval. I only send sketches for approval if it is a complex character and if I am unsure about some details. If you would like a sketch update and approval for your icon commission please request it beforehand. When the commission is finished I allow for small changes and colour tweaks.

Copyright & Permissions

8. You are paying for my service to create an illustration. You hold the rights to any characters and designs you may own in the drawing. I hold all rights to any commissioned artwork I create.9. You are free to request for the commission to be private, otherwise:
    a. I may use it for personal and commercial purposes
        (e.g. promotional examples, use in an artbook, etc.)
    b. I may stream the process or upload the finished commission onto any of my social media platforms. Please discuss with me beforehand if you are not comfortable with this or would like to keep it a secret (e.g. for a gift.)

10. The commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (i.e. You are not allowed to sell or make profit off of my artworks.) For commercial use, please discuss with me first. I will confirm any additional fees for commercial use before the commission is accepted.

11. You may use and upload the finished artwork onto your platforms. Credit is preferred but not necessary. (Please link or tag my Instagram account if possible.)
