No refunds after the sketch is approved or when I start colouring for sketch commissions

Sketch Icon - $15 USD

1000px by 1000px. Sketch with simple shading. You will receive a png image with a coloured background. No watermark.

Headshot Icon - $25 USD

1000px by 1000px. Simple shading. You will recieve png files with no watermark, a solid background version and transparent version with no white outline.

Bust - $35 USD

Shaded drawing from mid-chest and up. More complex shading than a headshot icon. You will receive the simple background and transparent version.

Half-Body - $65 USD

Shaded drawing from the hips and up. May occassionally start from thigh and up. You will receive the simple background and transparent version.

Full-Body - $80 USD

Head to toe full body shaded drawing. You will receive the simple background and transparent version.

Painting Style Bust - $75 USD

Bust illustration in a paint colouring style. You will receive the simple background and transparent version.

Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Information
- You are receiving digital files of a commissioned artwork. Nothing will be physically printed or shipped to you.
- I have the right to decline your commission request
- Please be patient and do not rush me. Commissions can take between 1 week to 3 months. I will let you know after a month if there will be delays. Feel free to ask for an update especially if it's been a while but please do not spam me.Ordering and Payment
- To order, you can comment on my Deviantart journals or message me privately on my social media pages.
- Payment must be paid in USD (PayPal) or Deviantart Points ($1 = 100 Points)
- Please do not send the payment until your request has been accepted by me.
- Payments with Deviantart Points must be paid via the Commission Widget unless stated otherwise.
- No refunds after the commission has been started unless for certain circumstances in which I can no longer work on the commission.Copyright and Permission
- You are paying for my service to create an illustration. You hold the rights to any characters and designs you may own in the drawing. I hold all rights to any commissioned artwork I create. I may use it for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. promotional examples, use in an artbook, etc.)
- The commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (i.e. You are not allowed to sell or make profit off of my artworks.)
- For commercial use, please ask and discuss with me first. We will come to an agreement on additional fees before the commission can be accepted.
- Commissioners may use and upload the finished artwork onto their platforms as long as I am credited, please link to my account if possible.
- I may stream the process or upload the finished commission onto any of my social media platforms. Please discuss with me beforehand if you are not comfortable with this or would like to keep it a secret (e.g. for a gift.)Costs
- More complex designs, poses, extra objects, or unfamiliar objects may cost an additional fee. I will always let you know and come to an agreement together on the price before going forward with the commission.
- On that note, you are always free to change your commission to a cheaper option before payment. Or you can cancel the commission entirely before payment. Just please let me know you are cancelling (you do not need to provide a reason), I will not be upset or offended. Ghosting is no fun, it will both save us time and frustration.Sketch Approval and Changes
- Regular Commissions: I will send a sketch for approval, during that time you may ask for any changes until you are satisfied. Once the sketch is approved, I will only ask for minor changes (things I may have missed in the sketch or colour tweaks) once the commission is finished. Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved will come with additional charges unless I completely forgot something huge in the approved sketch.
- Icon Commissions: I do not guarantee that a sketch will be sent for approval. I only send sketches for approval if it is a complex character and if I am unsure about some details. If you would like a sketch update and approval for your icon commission please request it beforehand. When the commission is finished I allow for small changes and colour tweaks.
